Sunday Silliness - Apathy


If we don't take care of the customer,maybe they'll stop bugging us.

  1. Hahaha! How many times at the lab did we joke about not answering the phone...or hooking up an answering machine?! Of course, we'd never do that, but man, some of those phone calls...!

    I'm not sure what happened to customer service but it has died and been buried for a long time now

  5. Hahaha....so true! Where has customer service gone? We offered it at our grocery store that recently closed after 60 years, but people still wanted to go where the prices were lower. So....I guess were in the age that we can't care anymore how they treat us, we just care that we can afford what we need.
