Without a doubt, one of the best movies I have ever watched :o)

  1. So many good relationships ... he stood by and lived on his terms!! Gives me chills, it was sooo good!!

And the end! Giving the kid the car, when his spoiled and more than likely ungrateful niece was looking forward to driving it ...

The end... driving down the shoreline of Lake St. Clair, was a trip that I have taken with my Mother many, many years ago. I recognized the neighborhood, but would need to 'see' the movie to prolly get there again. Who knows ...

    Glad you enjoyed it!

  8. I'm literally half a mile at most from Lake Saint Clair, but I hardly ever get to see it..don't make enough to afford a boat to use the marinas, but me and Miss Alaineus have walked down to them and enjoyed the boats and the lake/parks a few times..Clint Eastwood is about 40 years older than me and still one of the toughest guys around..I wouldn't even THINK about messing with the man..

  9. I loved this movie, too! I'm a big fan of Eastwood as an actor and as a director. I never pass up a chance to watch an eastwood movie, no matter how many times I've already seen it.
