Hi Ken, Thanks ... an interesting read. I think in this economy the best thing to do -- if anyone has that "luxury" -- is to sit tight, hunker down with the job you have and wait until the job market recovers, which it eventually will. Right now, experts agree that it's an "employer's" market, meaning employers are swamped with qualified applicants and are offering them less attractive packages. Best, Marty
