What is scary is how many people wait until retirement to do the things that would make them happy for a retirement that may never come!!

As in "We'll wear you down to a nub of your former self, then cut you loose?" haha
After I retired, they out-sourced the department. I didn't know what to think about that?!?
I'd say, the real reason for retirement is, companies don't want to PAY for what you've got once you reach a certain age.
