Coffee and Dementia :o)

People who drink three to five cups of coffee daily in midlife are up to 65% less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia as the age.

Of course, more research is needed, but this is enough for me to continue my pot-a-day routine.

  4. Damn straight! I knew there was a good and justifiable reason I drank so much coffee in the morning and now I've got it.

    No further research is needed.

    Really~

  5. Hm. Isn't red wine supposed to help with that, too?

  7. Hi Ken,
I've wondered about that ... whether drinking coffee might stimulate the mind, fighting off Alzheimers. Sounds good to me!

  8. And this is why we have to be nice to the South Americans and Africans. If they cut off our supply of beans, we'd all go nuts.
