People who drink three to five cups of coffee daily in midlife are up to 65% less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia as the age.
Of course, more research is needed, but this is enough for me to continue my pot-a-day routine.
I have seen that before ... which is why I try to get in a few cups each day!

ReplyDeleteA pot for me as well. Nice to know I'll always know who I am...I think. ;)
ReplyDeleteDamn straight! I knew there was a good and justifiable reason I drank so much coffee in the morning and now I've got it.
ReplyDeleteNo further research is needed.
Really~
Hm. Isn't red wine supposed to help with that, too?
ReplyDeleteI'm safe! Coffee is my middle name-
ReplyDeleteIt is also my blood type
Hi Ken,

Best,
Marty

ReplyDeleteAh, some GOOD news for a change! Thanks for giving me a valid reason to keep drinking coffee.
