Honestly, I would have harrumphed at this quote... but then I started blogging and I met people like you and your wife, Beth, and I have to say that I am moving towards this ideal..!
You are fortunate if you have one TRUE friend. I lost mine two years back. I still smile when his picture pops up on my screen saver.
