Great advice Ken. There are times when we all feel like we've run out of steam. Sometimes just a diversion from what you're doing helps.
Potassium and B-12 supplements can help -- as can a well-timed,cold can of Red Bull.
Hi Ken,I've found that the best way to keep the energy levels going is simply to eat right (plenty of 'nutrient-dense' foods), avoid going for the constant sugar and caffeine fix all day.Best,Marty
