Very true, except at the DMV. They seem to know you have no choice and to act accordlingly.
It's sad when good customer service has become a rarity rather than the norm!
I'm with Mary on the DMV issue. But I will say that at least the ladies that work in our office are fast and polite (probably because they know half the folks in line are from their church)
