Sunday Silliness - Disservice

It takes months to find a customer, but only seconds to lose one... the good news is that we should run out of them in no time.


  1. Very true, except at the DMV. They seem to know you have no choice and to act accordlingly.

  2. It's sad when good customer service has become a rarity rather than the norm!

  3. I'm with Mary on the DMV issue. But I will say that at least the ladies that work in our office are fast and polite (probably because they know half the folks in line are from their church)

  4. omg omg omg i so hate hate hate hate hate hate the DMV. here in michigan i swear to god they get bonus incentives for being both s-l-o-w and rude.
