Risk Management!
When you tackle issues, do you consider risk. Risk can come in many forms and have varying levels of probability and consequence. How do you handle risk?
It is a risk for me to go out the door any more, so like Big Mark I just take 'em, Thank goodness most of my decisions any more, involve very little risk (I think)! LOL
Yes, there is risk involved to one degree or another in many different jobs that must be managed. But what if risk is the job, such as a tight rope walker or a fire eater?
...easy answer... I take 'em..! For a serious answer, I guess I will have to blog about it soon..!
