Crisis Management!

All leaders are challenged by crisis. Here are four things to help cope with such situations:







1.Communicate immediately and clearly. 
2.Directly assess the impact. 
3.Establish and communicate clear expectations for your workforce. 
4.Set priorities among conflicting demands.
