Principles for a Strong Culture

1.         Everyone is personally responsible.
2.         Leaders demonstrate commitment.
3.         Trust permeates the organization.
4.         Decision-making reflects goals.
5.         Individuals demonstrate a questioning attitude.
6.         Organizational learning is embraced.
7.         Culture undergoes constant examination.

  5. I like what Paul said because it is humourous but I don't think it really fits or make sense in considerations to this post. This would not only make a soild platform to improve working relationship, but relationships, period.
