Kwispelbier (which means tail-wagging in Dutch) is brewed from a special blend of beef extracts and malt, giving it the smooth & meaty lager taste that dogs love so much. A spokesman for the brewery says it's marketed as, "A beer for your best friend..."
The beer is non-alcoholic.
Now, we just need to find a way to have them earn money, because there is no way I am supporting animal beer habits :o)
My dogs would say "non-alcoholic? What's the point?", and they'd have a point/
ReplyDeleteThis could go wrong in so many ways. The dogs would recognize the scent and think real beer was the same. Bad idea! (Hugs)Indigo
ReplyDeleteNow this story made me smile. I just may have to buy a dog, though I doubt my cats will be thrilled. How about a brew for them too.
ReplyDeleteBeer for dogs, who would of thunk of it!
ReplyDeleteWhat will they think of next? It is actually a good idea as long as it doesn't harm the dogs. Makes the owner - pet bond even stronger... the actual downside is that it means alcoholic pet owners or depressed ones will always have a drinking partner.
